Dear Ben Folds,
I bought and currently own this domain (www.BenFolds.me) along with my good buddy and bassist, Chris Fafalios. We are not sure if you will ever see this message in an internet bottle, but figured it was worth a shot.
We are big fans and fellow musicians. We play in a band called Punchline. One of our long term goals is to have you produce one of our albums. You can listen to our newst song "21 Forever" here and check out one of our music videos below (if you wouldn't mind giving it a whirl).
My email address is stevepunchline@gmail.com if you wanted to get in touch with us. Also, we would gladly turn the domain name over to you if you wanted.
Thanks for your time and keep up the incredible song writing!
Steve Soboslai

GO ON TOUR WITH PUNCHLINE BEN!!!
Dear Ben Folds,
I first heard you in 1997 when I bought "Whatever and Ever Amen" on a whim while on a road trip with my family. I listened to it nonstop on my oversized sony discman for years to come.
That would be amazing if Punchline toured with Ben Folds. Or if Mr. Folds produced their new cd. I'd really love to see these things happen.
Hi Ben, I'm Amanda. I'm from a small town in Indiana by the name of Greensburg. I started listening to Punchline in late 2003 after my friend Rachael told me about them. However, it wasn't until May of 2004 when I saw them for the first time. It was then that I was truly captivated by this amazing band. They've only continued to grow as people and musicians since. I think they're a talented, genuine group of guys who deserve a few minutes of your time, and perhaps even a bit of your heart. :)
Hello! My name is Dave. I started listening to Punchline in 2000 when my cousin introduced me to a really old song of theirs.. Since then I have been a huge fan. Punchline continues to be one of my favorite bands with every album they release. I have seen them live nearly 37 times (seriously) and they always put on such an absolutely amazing live show. It would be awesome to see Ben Folds and Punchline share the same stage!
hey steve/chris,
i talked to you guys when my band temporary basement opened up for punchline. we were talking about the amanda palmer cd, which was produced by ben folds. did you ever check that out?
this is the worst idea ever.
HOW GOOD WAS THE SHOW LAST NIGHT!!?!?!
I first fell in love with Punchline's music my freshman year of high school. Now at the tale end of my college years, Punchline means just the same if not more to me. The fake bands eventually went by the wayside, and Punchline kept making completely honest music, and being completely genuine people. They are hard working and super talented musicians who play music because they love music.

top ten things that punchline has done for me -
10. taught me how to read
9. taught me how to use manual focus on my dvx-100 digital video camera.
8. brought me around pittsburgh and it's surrounding areas to see the sights.
7. was there to support me when i bowled my first perfect game.
6. taught me about the birds and the bees.
5. they wrote two of my all time favorite records - "Just Say Yes" and "37 Everywhere" (most of the songs were written about me)
4. we adventured down the eastern coast of Guatemala trying to find the perfect blueberries for our Sunday blueberry pie
3. Chris from Punchline brought me to prom and was a complete gentleman the entire night.
2. they watched the first 4 seasons of lost with me back to back over the first week of January so i would be caught up for the premiere of season 5
1. they helped me re-organize my twisted sister trading card collection after the flood.
what a great bunch of dudes!

Hopefully I will be lucky enough to hear some punchfolds in my life
Hmm. I've been listening to Punchline since my 8th grade year. I was with a friend of mine who was two years older, when he introduced me to the sweet sounds of Punchline. A local band. I live in good 'ol Belle Vernon, Pa. I started with their second cd and even saw them at the Charleroi vfw. I bought their 2nd cd and have pre-order every following cd available since. I've been to almost every show in the area since about that time to. I can honestly say they have remained my favorite band for about 9 years hard and still remains.
oh and they inspired all 6 of my ferrets to start a band...that's huge. haha
He should produce The Tattle Tales instead.
punchline is the reason I wake up in the morning
Hahahaha
I wish the best of luck to you, Punchline. You deserve to be contacted by Ben Folds. The dedication you give to your fans is absolutely amazing and of course, the music.
Example: You guys gave me this link in your live chat discussion to the premiere of 'Ghostie'. I do not think any of your fans can stress how much we want the best for your band.
If Ben Folds shall one day read this, in a nutshell, every time I jam to Punchline I have a smile on my face. It is not common to find a type of music that can cheer you up no matter what mood you are in. Yep they rock. That right there is reason enough. And of course I'm about to check out your music right now b/c of them!
Keep up the good work Punchline!!. I could go on forever with this. :)
Just an update...
Ben emailed me a very nice email in response to this website. What a good dude!
